I recently moved my property management over to Stoneworth and have been extremely impressed with the service so far. A special mention must go to Mo, who has been outstanding from day one. Within just a couple of hours of taking over my property, he had already improved marketing photos, identified the next steps and started progressing matters immediately. His communication is excellent, he's highly responsive, and he genuinely takes ownership of getting things done. What has impressed me most is his proactive approach. Rather than simply waiting for instructions, he consistently looks for ways to move things forward and keeps me updated throughout the process. It's clear that he takes pride in delivering a high standard of service and achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. The level of professionalism, attention to detail and speed of action has been genuinely refreshing. The difference in service has been noticeable from day one and has given me real confidence that my property is in good hands. Stoneworth Property Management is excellent 👌 in terms of good customer relationship. Mo Choudry and the Stoneworth team have been brilliant. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately and they’ve been really helpful throughout my tenancy in Derbyshire. Their customer service and support are top-tier professional, friendly, and genuinely tenant-focused, follow up update 17/04/2026. I recently had the opportunity to engage with Stoneworth Property Agent for a property viewing for letting, and I wanted to share my experience regarding about the good customer service, efficient service and the viewing itself. From the outset, the communication was clear, timely, and courteous. The agent in care was Mo Choudry, very professional and attentive, ensuring that all my questions were answered before the viewing. I appreciated the flexibility in scheduling and the prompt follow-up leading up to the appointment and other subsequent process to secure the apartment was seamless. The agent was punctual and well-prepared during the tour of the apartment.
